Terms of Clearance: NASA is required to adopt government-wide consolidated standard forms for grants and cooperative agreement administration when available. This collection is to be recalculated at that time to simplify and clarify the number of grantees, grants, cooperative agreement partners, agreements, and the average and accumulated burden per standard form as part of a collection that represents the life cycle of the NASA grants and cooperative agreements administration process. The Standard Forms shall be made available electronically as is stipulated in the Government Paperwork Elimination Act.
