The form will provide the means by
which recipients receiving funds under the JAIBG program may report
the budgeted use of that money and thereby satisfy the requirements
of 28 CFR Part 31, Subpart B. That regulation creates requirements
for specific information to be submitted, designates activities for
which the funds may be used, and creates ratios of expenditures on
certain activities. It also requires that certain assurances must
be made about expenditure information.
