the agency develops additional websites in the future to fulfill
its mission, the agency should adopt protocols to ensure that
future collections abide by the requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act.

The USDA Food and Commodity Connection
Website is being developed to assist the U.S. institutional food
service community to identify processors who can further process
USDA supplied commodities. At the same time, the USDA Food and
Commodity Connection Website provides a platform for processor,
distributors, and brokers to post information about their
commercial food products, in addition to their further processed
USDA supplied commodities that are available for use by
institutional food service professionals.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
