The Centers for Disease Control and Preventive (CDC) is seeking approval of a reporting system for the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Program. The reporting system has been designed in collaboration with the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) to comply with the requirements of Section 2(a) of Pub. L. 102-493 (known as the Fertility Clinic Success Rate and Certification Act of 1982 [FCSRRCA], 42 U.S.C. 263a-1(a)).
