This is a request to revise the
currently approved information collection to include the submission
and reporting requirements for the Emergency Capital Repair Grant
Program. The collected information will provide the Department with
a means to account for - on a project specific basis - the use of
emergency repair dollars, the progress being made by each project
toward their physical improvement goal(s), and the owners'
compliance towards ensuring the affordability of the project for
the agreed period of time.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
