FCC form 395-a,
MCVPD Annual Employment Report, collects information on full time
paid employees. In order to reduce reporting and recordkeeping
burden, it is intentionally the same as the workforce profile
collected by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
Employer Report Form (EEO-1). Any changes to this EEOC EEO-1 form
should be reflected in changes to FCC form 395-a.

FCC Form395-A is used to assess
industry trends and report to Congress. The report identifies
employees by gender, race, color and/or national origin in fifteen
job categories. FCC Form 395-A contains a grid which collects data
on full and part-time status of the position.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
