certification. In addition, the agency should continue to work on
providing a web-based entry method for this information. If the
electronic method is not complete by the time of resubmission, the
agency should provide a status report explaining why the agency has
not completed this automation.

pilot, their representative their representative, or the operator,
it is aquired by mail, .pdf through our website, or completed
on-line.
