The information collection
requirements are directed toward assuring the safety of employees
in grain handling through development of a housekeeping plan, an
emergency action plan, procedures for the use of tags and locks,
the issuance of hot work permits, and permits for entry into grain
storage structures. Certification records are required after
inspections of the mechanical and safety control equipment
associated with dryers, grain stream processing equipment,
etc.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
