Abstract: The proposed data collection is necessary to evaluate the CIRB and determine whether it is meeting its objectives. The purpose of the CIRB is to Streamline the protocol activation process by conducting human subject protection reviews that can be utilized by local IRB's Respondents will include primary users of CIRB reviews including local IRB staff, local investigators and Cooperative Group protocol development staff.
