10 CFR Part 75 establishes a system of
nuclear material accounting and control to implement the agreement
between the United States and the International Atomic Energy
Agency (IAEA). The US/IAEA Agreement requires licensees to submit
information concerning their installation the establishes,
maintains, and follows prescribed material accounting and control
procedures, provides reports, and permits IAEA
inspections.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
