months. With the next submission, the agency should provide to OMB
any comments received on the information collection requirements in
the interim final rule. In addition, the agency should make sure
they correctly account for all the burden contained in the rule,
including third party disclosure and the consumer complaint
process.

The information collection is
necessary for RMA to evaluate a company's expenses and
administrative and operating subsidy to determine premium
discounts. The only respondents under this collection will be
companies.
