to revise the questionnaire to provide balanced choices for
questions 1-3. The agency is instructed to do nonresponse followup
if the response rate is below 80% and track the variation in
responses for respondents that are contacted in subsequent rounds.

analysis of these subsequent responses.

This survey was designed to gather
pertinent information from the U.S. Commercial Service client base,
about their satisfaction with our services, in a centralized and
streamlined manner. The survey asks clients who have been counseled
by U.S. Commercial Service trade specialists whether they are
satisfied. Answers will help the organization improve its trade
counseling services.
