In an effort to ensure that resources
are being used most effectively, United States Fire Administration
(USFA) has invited CDC to evaluate its most commonly funded
programs. The purpose of this data collection is to evaluate the
effect of fire safety and prevention education for second grade
children delivered by the fire department and to identify program
components that contribute to successful outcomes.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).

the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
