The U.S. Department of State
registration and title application forms are the means by which
foreign mission in the United States request the registration,
titling, and the issuance of replace- ment license plates for motor
vehicles owned/operated by foreign missions, foreign diplomatic and
consular personnel, as well as specified official representatives
to international organizations in the United States, and their
dependents.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
