The purpose of this document is to
provide guidance to FDA personnel and the food industry about when
and how businesses may request the agency to consider enforcement
discretion for the use of some or all existing label stock, that
does not bear trans fat labeling in compliance with the_trans final
rule, on products introduced into interstate commerce on or aft the
January 1, 2006.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
