Abstract: Growers who want to be compensated for losses due to the removal of citrus trees from their property must apply for payment for recovery of lost production income. This can be done by completing an Application for Citrus Canker Lost Production Payment PPQ Form 653R. When the completed application is submitted, it should be accompanied by a copy of the public order (typically an IFO) that directed the destruction of the certified nursery stock and its accompanying inventory.
