Form 13803, Income Verification
Express Service Application and Employee Delegation Form, is used
to submit the required information necessary to complete the
e-services enrollment process for IVES users and to identify
delegates receiving transcripts on behalf of the principle account
user.
Beginning 1 October,
2006, the new Income Verification Express Service will allow
private business entities wishing to receive taxpayer transcript
within two business days. In order to participate, these entities
must register on the IRS e-services electronic platform. To ensure
complete understanding of the requirements of this service, the IRS
will be making these guidelines available to the public as soon as
possible. This will provide ample time to answer taxpayer questions
and concerns.
