EDEN 2006-2007 Paperwork Clearance “READ ME FIRST” file

We have had some questions about what documents are part of the EDEN paperwork clearance submission package.  We have prepared an index of the documents and the number of pages in each.  You can access these documents electronically by following the instructions in the Federal Register notice.

Requests for copies of the information collection submission for OMB review may be accessed from http://edicsweb.ed.gov, by selecting the “Browse Pending Collections” link and by clicking on link number 03017.  When you access the information collection, click on “Download Attachments” to view.  Written requests for information should be addressed to U.S. Department of Education, 400 Maryland Avenue, SW, Potomac Center, 9^th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20202-4700.  Requests may also be electronically mailed to [email protected] or faxed to 202-245-6623.  Please specify the complete title of the information collection when making your request.

Please note that, if you are familiar with the EDEN data requirements for 2005-2006, you might choose to skip Attachment B and go to Attachment C which describes the changes in EDEN data requirements from the current 2005-2006 school year to the next 2006-2007 school year.
