Other changes** In FY 2003 Congress introduced a new facet to the Section 202 Program. As authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003 (Pub. L. 108-7), approved February 20, 2003 and the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2004 (Public Law 108-199), approved January 23, 2004, the Demonstration Planning Grant Program will assist Sponsors of projects that receive Fund Reservation Awards, commencing with the FY 2004 SuperNOFA for the Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program where 104 sponsors were selected for funding under the subject grant program. The Demonstration program provides predevelopment grant funding for architectural and engineering work, site control, and other planning related expenses that are eligible for funding under the Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program. Grantees under the Section 202 Demonstration Predevelopment Grant program are required to submit quarterly financial status reports (269). Although the SF 269 form has always been part of this collection it was not listed in the ICR. This oversight is now being corrected.
