OMB Form 83-C Change Explanation

(3150-0178) – Nuclear Material Events Database (NMED) for the collection of Event Report, Response, Analyses, and Follow-up data on Events Involving the Use of Atomic Energy (AEA) Radioactive Byproduct Material
Reason for change in burden is due to agency re-estimation of the number of burden hours previously submitted to OMB from 1252 to 1240 hours. Also the total number of responses decreased from 626 to 620. It appears as though a typographical error was made when this package was submitted to OMB in 2003. This change will correct this error.
