contained in the following statutes:
Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System—Sections 7 and 13 of the International Banking
Act (12 U.S.C. 3105, 3108); Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation—Section 7 of the Federal Deposit
Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1817); and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency—the National Bank Act,
as amended (12 U.S.C. 161).

The Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the
Office of the Comptroller of the Currency consider individual office information reported
on this form to be exempt from public disclosure under Section (b)(8) of the Freedom
of Information Act [5 U.S.C. 552(b)(8)] and will not voluntarily disclose such information
to the public.
