Joint Ventures	This question was dropped from all applicable forms for 2007.	This question is no longer needed for analytical purposes.
Kind of Business and Type of Construction for 2007	Modified the categories to reflect changes in the industries.	Over time the industries change and certain KOB and TOC codes become obsolete, while others need to be developed.
E-commerce	This question was dropped for 2007.	Data was not publishable in 2002, reduced response burden.
Leased Employment and Payroll	These question were dropped for 2007.	Data was not publishable in 2002, reduced response burden.
Other Operating Expenses	These eleven items are new for 2007 to collect other operating expenses of the establishment.	Additional details were needed by Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA)
Franchise	Question was added for 2007 on the Specialty Trade Forms (CC-23801, CC-23802, CC-23803, and CC-23804) to determine if the establishment operates under a trademark authorized by a franchisor.	This question was added per request from the Interna-tional Franchise Association to determine the frequency in which this occurs in the specialty trade area.
