In this screen the user adds information that is common to various documents created in ePAVE.



This is the screen used to create the bulk of the Biosequence transmittal. It includes legal language and certifications regarding the sequence listing.



Using this screen the user can attach the sequence listing files as either text files, PatentIn created app files or zip files containing either of the two file types previously mentioned.



The submission is checked for errors in this screen.



At this screen, the user makes certifications of doing business with USPTO and that the submission has been viewed. The electronic signature is provided. Using the Select security certification allows the user to invoke his/her digital certificate to digitally sign the package and establish a secure connection to the USPTO server.



When the submission is successfully received by the EFS server, an acknowledgement receipt similar to this one is returned to the user’s computer.
