Other changes** OMB approved the text of this form on 7/25/2006. HUD wishes to produce the form in two versions. HUD desires to add the red border and colored text as emphasis so that the consumer is advised of the importance of a home inspection. However, in .pdf format, the file is unusually large (3.57Kb). HUD offers to provide this form for free through its direct distribution center. Lenders have expressed a desire to have a smaller electronic version of the form. HUD proposes to add the black border with the word CAUTION to express the same level of importance as the red form. This form will be available on HUDClips for easy download. The two forms are attached.
