Short Statement: The increase of one reporting burden hour and the increase in the cost burden of $1,000 are due to adjustments. The change in burden hours is due to an adjustment in how the Commission calculates reporting burdens. The increase in cost burden reflects a change in the hurly cost from $300 per hour to $400 per hour and an adjustment in how the Commission calculates cost burdens.
