The U.S. Department of Justice is interested in information about the contracts/subcontracts that state administering agencies and state departments of corrections award using Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) funds, especially contracts/subcontracts between state departments of corrections and service providers. This information is important because it will help us understand how individual contracts/subcontracts are being awarded, the amount of those awards, and what types of organizations are receiving awards. This survey has been designed to provide the Department with this information.
The survey is voluntary and will not be used for compliance purposes. Responses will only be used for statistical purposes. The reports will summarize findings across the sample and will not associate responses with a specific district or individual; nor will we provide information that identifies you or your district to anyone outside the study team, except as required by law.
If you have any difficulties completing this survey, please contact Jill Young, Division Chief at Bureau of Justice Assistance by phone at (202) 353-7302 or by e-mail at [email protected].
Although voluntary, your responses are very important to the Department of Justice and will help us meet our goals of providing support to organizations across the nation.
