Addendum to PRA Submission Form 1625-0110
The current information may be submitted electronically through the Coast Guard’s Homeport website (http://homeport.uscg.mil). You must register to access homeport, and only those with the proper need will be granted access. Once they log in, port owners who register on homeport are provided a welcome screen that contains a link to the Facility Personnel Security Form which is an excel spreadsheet attached to this collection request. With the change proposed to this collection, the excel spreadsheet will be modified to include a column titled “DATE OF TWIC ENROLLMENT”. This will be the date that the new hire submitted a completed TWIC application to TSA. The modified spreadsheet may be a separate icon on the port owner’s welcome screen than the current Facility Personnel Security Form.
The TSA Gateway will interface with Homeport. On the TSA side, the Identification Data Management System (IDMS) and a terrorism name-based check (C-SOC) will be used to process information. Re-engineering to accommodate the Homeport portal is under development, but will be complete before the final rule becomes effective (expected in or around March 2007).
