— The number of respondents will decrease from 748 per year to 448, primarily because the field surveys will be done only once per year, rather than twice per year.

— The estimated total cost to the government will increase from $69,000 to $110,000, based upon actual cost experience to perform the surveys and subsequent analysis of the data.

— The surveys will now be conducted annually rather than semi-annually.
