Will the information be collected via the Internet or through Electronic Data Interchange
(EDI)? If not, why not? Please briefly outline the prospects for future collection of this
information electronically.
No. The seminar evaluation form is used to obtain feedback from seminar participants.
To ensure that the participants give immediate feedback, it is important that the
participants fill out the evaluation forms during the course of the program, rather than
waiting to fill out the forms at a later date via the Internet.

Will the information be made available to the public through the Internet? If not, why
not? Please briefly outline the potential for future dissemination of this information
electronically.
BIS does not intend to make all of this information available to the public. Information
obtained by the collection is used to improve the BIS’s outreach program seminar and
would not likely be of general interest to the public. However, some statistical results or
data may be published in a report that might be made available on the BIS web site.
