you also realize that those same women are under extreme stress from having to pay high taxes and that bureaucracy takes alot more than it ever gives back. surely you must realize that. is this service going to only americans or are we servicing everyone who sneaks across our borders as illegal immigrants as well.  certainly american women dont have to be stressed paying high taxes if you are primarily servicing illegal criminal immigrants who are flouting american laws.

We cannot adequately address the stress levels or tax brackets of the women served in this data collection because we do not have a standardized set of questions that measure these outcomes.  However, informal comments received from these women in the past have not indicated that this data collection causes them undue stress or that they are concerned about the relationship between their taxes and this data collection.  To address the statement about bureaucracy, the broad cost-benefit issues pertaining to taxation and bureaucracy are economic questions that are outside the scope or expertise of those conducting this data collection.  To address the statement pertaining to illegal immigrants, this data collection does not target illegal immigrants.
