Other Technical and Non-technical Personnel
Technical personnel are persons who are neither graduate students nor post-doctoral fellows
who are engaged in technical activities. Lab technicians, computer programmers, and
engineers are considered technical personnel. Technical personnel can include undergraduate
students.
