Background
This Information Collection was recently discovered and has been in existence without OMB approval. SSA is seeking OMB clearance to bring this collection into PRA compliance and has reported it as a bootleg activity in the FY07 ICB.
In addition, SSA is in the process of migrating this application form its existing website platform to an updated platform. The goals of the website migration are as follows:
Apply SSA Standard Internet Practices and Tools
Improve scalability
Improve maintainability
These proposed website enhancements are scheduled to be effective by October 2007, and will not have a material impact on the actual collection of information in the Prisoner Matching application as described in the Agreement. The screen shots provided with this ICR request are representative of the updated application track.
PRA Notification
The PRA notice to the public will be provided an attachment to the initial agreement when signed by the users. In addition, on the opening screen of the Prisoner Matching Application SSA will post the OMB control number and provide a link to the PRA Statement.
