Subject: Description of Instruments in the IC for the NCVS
This change request is simply to change a few questions on the NCVS-2 and NCVS-2 Spanish forms, but in this process we have also uploaded all of the instruments that are currently approved for use in the NCVS under OMB #1121-0111. OMB 1121-001 was last approved on 7/10/2006 (before the ROCIS system was operational); the current expiration date is 7/31/2009. The justification for each of these instruments and their associated burden are described in the supporting statement associated with the July 2006 application (which is also included in this record). Inclusion of these instruments and the governing supporting statement for this collection allows electronic access to all materials relevant to the OMB approval of the NCVS.
