The versions of Forms FFIEC 031 and FFIEC 041, Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income for a Bank with Domestic and Foreign Offices and Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income for a Bank with Domestic Offices Only, that were uploaded during this submission are identical to the forms previously uploaded. The last submission for this OMB Control No. was done prior to the implementation of the electronic PRA system in ROCIS. Most of the data from the prior submission was carried over to the electronic system. However, additional detailed information about the documents is now required. In order for the system to accept and save the additional information, the document must be uploaded again.
