Short Statement: The response rate for the last survey, given in 2006, was very low, and the responses we got from those who had done only 1 deal with Ex-Im showed that they had very limited or no experience in being able to judge Ex-Im Bank with other export credit agencies. A more detailed explanation can be found in item 2 of the Supporting Statement B.
