Justification for Non-Substantive Change
The Commission released a Report and Order, In the Matter of Revision of Procedures Governing Amendments to FM Table of Allotments and Changes of Community of License in the Radio Broadcast Services, MB Docket No. 05-210, FCC 06-163 on November 29, 2006.
The Commission submitted the information collection requirements in this R&O to OMB at the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking stage on July 19, 2005. OMB approved the information collection requirements (3060-0027) on September 15, 2005. The Report and Order adopts the information collection requirements, as proposed.
The Commission is now submitting the Report and Order and final version of FCC Form 301 for OMB’s records/files.
