JUSTIFICATION FOR CHANGE
OMB approved the main study for the Employers Economic Impact Survey (EEIS) on July 27, 2006. Due to contracting and funding issues, the Department had to delay the main study. As a result of the delay, the reporting years need to be changed from 2004/2005 to 2005/2006 on the survey instrument. No other changes will be made to the survey instrument. It is requested that OMB approve this non-substantial change to the survey instrument so the Department may now begin the main study.
