ETA-563 Correct Form Explanation

Justification for Nonsubstantive change: inadvertent omission, four fields in ETA-563

The ETA-563 report format in 1205-0016 and submitted most recently to OMB inadvertently omitted four fields: Training Cost Recipients, Training Costs, Job Search Costs and Relocation Costs. However, these four fields were correctly noted as part of the revised ETA-563 in the side-by-side comparison sent to and cleared with OMB and were also included in the Supporting Statement. They are also fields that have been collected consistently in the past.
