Immediately below “Project Name”, there is a field for Term, which corresponds to worksheets for Year 1, Year 2 etc. this field is now pre-field.

Need Statements, Measurement Tools, and Management Questions remained unchanged.
Continuum of Care
Added social services and HMIS
Added one management question: How many persons improved their living conditions/quality of life?
ROSS-Family & Homeownership
Added two services: Job search and placement, Partnerships with community organizations,
Fair Housing Initiative Programs (PEI)
Changes to reflect the protected classes that were missing and persons hyper-allergenic.
