Abstract: Regulates the handling of onions grown in designated counties in Idaho and Oregon and is administered locally by the Idaho-Eastern Oregon Onion Committee. Forms are used by handlers to apply to the Committee for permission to ship these onions to other approved outlets, and to inform the Committee that the onions were diverted from fresh channels.
