Inventory of Burden Hours and Responses for this Generic ICR
Under the generic clearance 0935-0106 "Voluntary Customer Satisfaction Survey Generic Clearance for the AHRQ" AHRQ is allowed 103,400 respondents and 16,356 burden hours per year. For 2007 we have not used any of these. After "Evaluation of AHRQ's Guide to Clinical Preventive Services 0935-0106" is approved there will be 91,036 respondents and 13,208 burden hours remaining for 2007.
AHRQ will take care that this generic ICR is used only for those ICs that are customer satisfaction surveys rather than evaluations.
Because the supporting statement for the generic ICR said that no incentives will be provided, future ICs shall not provide for incentives under this ICR.
