The information request is necessaary
to ensure compliance with statutory criteria which allows the
Director of OVC to collect financial data from recipients of VOCA
victim compensation grant funds. Data is used to calculate annual
formula grants. This change is on line F of the instructions, the
last sentence should read, "upon review and approval by the OJP
office of the Comptroller, your Federal grant award will equal 60%
of this figure." The percentage says 40% and needs to be changed to
60%.
