The Texas Field Office appreciates your cooperation last season in providing data for our Cotton Ginning Reports. We will be collecting and publishing ginnings data again this year, and we are looking forward to your continued support.

We are now in the planning stages for the 2007 cotton season. Please help us by verifying/correcting your gin name, address and telephone number as it appears on this letter. If this gin won’t operate during the 2007 season, please indicate that in the space provided below.

If you would like to receive copies of the Cotton Ginners Record Book, please let us know how many you need on the order blank below. Each record book provides space for recording 1,960 bales of cotton.
