Agency Form Number Affected by Change Worksheet: FSA-1980-38
Other Changes: Revised FSA-1980-38 (Part H), Lender’s Agreement, to include information that informs Guaranteed Lenders of the terms and conditions for participating in electronic data interchange (EDI) with the Agency and certifies their concurrence with the requirements. Adding the revised language to Part H of the Lender’s Agreement will not impact the response time, number of respondents or add any additional burden to the user of this form. Further, adding the revised language will authorize Guaranteed Lenders access to new loan program automation capabilities within the FSA’s Guaranteed Loan System resulting in faster turnaround time with loan making and servicing actions.
