Instructions: - Step 1- Login using email address and password assigned when company registered with EGov. (If you do not have a password, you will need to click on “New EGov users register here” below.) After you have entered your email address and password click on Login.. This will take you to next screen – go to Step 2 below.

Instructions: Step 5 – Select SCSR “Manufacturer/Model” from drop down menu, enter date of manufacturer and Serial number. Select Save this unit, Save and Add another Unit or Preview Pending Request. Click on “Submit to MSHA.” The information you have just entered will appear on the screen – See below “Preview of Pending Requests Changes to SCSR Inventory.”
