Justification for Change
The annual number of responses was reduced by 2,700,000 to correct a typo. OMB or GAO erroneously input 10.0 for number of responses per respondent, instead of 1.0 on the IC Burden Worksheet. This incorrect number of 10.0 generated 3,000,000 instead of 300,000 responses. The mistake was corrected in ICR.
