The NFA Course Evaluation Form is used to evaluate all traditional classroom based course deliveries. The data provided by student evaluating NFA courses is used to determine the need for course improvements and the degree of student satisfaction with the training experience. All on-campus resident courses will use an online electronic form and all off-campus courses delivered at the state and local level will use a paper-based version of the form.

This information collection retains the statistical methodology and target population character approved for the same information collection 1660-0032 in the current OMB Inventory. However, since OMB Collection 1600-0031 was discontinued and merged into this collection (see #1., #4. and #12 of the Supporting Statement Part A for details) the estimate of the size of respondent universe is increased by 1250 (students), who previously were respondents of OMB 1660-0031. The increase of 800 in the adjustment demonstrates the number of students of Academy’s State Weekend Program, which is actually an on-campus program, but previously had been counted in the off-campus number of respondents.
