Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 2.01.5 hours. This includes the time for collection, reviewing, and reporting the data. This data should be available from previous energy audits, which are required by 24 CFR 965.302. 24 CFR 965.302 requires PHAs to conduct energy audits. HUD will analyze the data submitted and recommend next steps for the PHA in order to comply with 24 CFR 965.302. Responses to the collection of information are required to obtain a benefit or to retain a benefit.Completing this form is voluntary. The information requested does not lend itself to confidentiality. HUD may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB number.
