About a year ago, you took part in a phone survey for a women’s health research study on ovarian cancer and cancer screening. If you remember, during the survey we asked you about your family history of cancer and your thoughts about getting cancer. To remind you, the Henry Ford Health System is working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and ORC Macro, a health research firm, to conduct this study. Being part of this study will help us learn more about what women know and think about cancer, their experiences with cancer in their family, worries they may have about cancer, and their own risk of cancer.

You will soon be contacted to see if you are willing to take part in a follow-up telephone survey to ask you a few additional questions—this will be a very brief call that will take no more than 15 minutes of your time. If you agree to participate, you will receive a $10 gift card after you complete the follow-up survey.
