Note to file: There is a Spanish version of this “Medicare and Medicare Advantage Programs; Notification Procedures for Hospital Discharges Important Message from Medicare” collection; however, the Spanish version was not submitted for OMB approval with this collection nor was it submitted for public comment when the 60-day and 30-day notices were submitted to the FR for publication,

The component noted that theSpanish translation would be submitted for approval at a later time.
